Mattress Trial & Returns

We want you to truly love your Acacia Tree mattress. That’s why we offer a 60 or 90-night comfort trial, giving you time to settle in and see if it’s the right fit for you.

If during your trial period you decide it’s not quite right, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

Trial periods by mattress range:

• Somnara Plus – 60-night trial
• Somnara Premium – 60-night trial
• Somnara Deluxe – 90-night trial

How the Trial Works

Your trial period begins on the day your mattress is delivered.

Rest, relax, and experience the mattress in your own routine. If it’s not the right match, contact us within 60 or 90 nights from delivery to organise a return.

To take advantage of the trial, please keep the original packaging your mattress arrived in, as this is required for return and collection.

Once approved, we’ll organise a free collection of the mattress. Your refund will be processed for the purchase price, excluding the original delivery fee paid at checkout.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, the mattress must:

• Have been used at all times with a fully waterproof mattress protector
• Be returned in clean, undamaged condition
• Be free from stains, marks, odours, or damage
• Be returned in the original packaging it was delivered in

These conditions allow us to responsibly give returned mattresses a second life.
