We require images of your item and its condition to be supplied before authorising any returns. A returns form will also need to be filled out and sent back with the courier collecting your furniture. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
