Yes, our movers can deliver up or down flights of stairs. Select either In home delivery or the Premium delivery and setup option at the checkout.

Can I request delivery on a specific day?

We can note your preferred delivery dates and pass them on to the courier, but we can’t guarantee exact days, as final scheduling is arranged directly with the courier. Once your item is ready, it will need to be dispatched promptly as we can’t store

No — items won’t be left unattended. Our movers deliver into your home, and we require someone to be present to accept the delivery.
